BK Double Wall Systems

Made from a check socket that has been aligned, the inner socket is full length and the outer socket is an 1/8” taller in the medial, lateral and anterior portions. The suspension sleeve is connected to the inner socket and the inner socket is connected to the retainer with a shuttle system. The sleeve is protected by the outer retainer, and since the outer retainer is connected to the rest of the prosthesis, a skin can be added that extends to the most proximal brim.
