Evolution Custom Liners from Evolution Industries Designed by a certified prosthetist, Evolution Silk custom liners fit the exact needs of each user. Evolution Silk liners are manufactured from a unique medical grade silicone that keeps the liner fresh and odor free. Cushion and locking designs are available. E-Tendons are also available for BK liners only. Because each Evolution custom liner is fit to your patients anatomy, each patient has their own mold in our library for easy reordering.
Our liners are more durable than custom urethane liners. Liners can be made from a negative cast, positive cast, and AOP files from INSIGNIA and other systems.

Braided Biaxial Carbon Fiber & Fiberglass

Braided biaxial carbon fiber and fiberglass for use with both AK and BK laminations. Carbon fiber is available in 5” and 8” diameters, and fiberglass is available in 5” and 9” diameters. Both carbon fiber and fiberglass are sold by the pound*.cffb

*Carbon and fiberglass are bought and sold by the pound.  According to the manufacturer, the material length can vary depending on how tight it is stretched.

The average length per pound for each material is listed below.

Carbon Fiber 5.0 dia.    7.6 ft/pound    Fiberglass 5.0 dia.    11.4 ft/pound
Carbon Fiber 8.0 dia.    4.8 ft/pound    Fiberglass 9.0 dia.    6.4 ft/pound
